I just came along this little gem and want to say that I was quite impressed with the quality. If they do another movie in the Albany area I would be interested in being involved.
It's been a while since I've seen Dead Residence and this version is the edited one that was screened at the Ed Wood Film Fest. I remember the original was 23 minutes long, Jared cut this to 15 min. so that it met the time duration constraint. However, I think he was more happy with the cut version because it sped the movie along and removed some scenes he wanted to cut anyway.
I love the finger biting scene, it still looks so cool. The zombie make-up is actually better than I remember... Jared did a great job on the special effects.
